A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER
House Rules & Useful Information
Welcome! To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay, please review these guidelines.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 16:00
- Check-out: before 11:00
Keys are placed in a lock-box next to your cottage door.
Access Code: You’ll receive your code via email or SMS 24 hours before arrival.
Early/Late Check-in
Please request early check-in or late check-out at least 24 hours before your arrival. (€20 fee applies).
Bed Linen & Towels
Included in your reservation (according to the number of guests specified during booking).
Children & Safety
Children of all ages are welcome!
For babies aged 0-1 year, please make a request immediately after completing your reservation.
Important: The ladder leading to the loft is steep, so parental supervision is advised when using it.
Parking
Free parking is available on site! There is enough space for 1-2 cars in front of your cottage.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 07:00.
During this time, please avoid behaviour that may disturb other guests nearby.
Pets
Pets are welcome (upon request only).
- Extra charge: €25 per pet
- Maximum: 3 pets per cottage
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Penalty: €200
Parties & Events
Parties or events are not allowed inside the cottage.
Cabin Care & Furniture
Please treat the cabin and furniture with care.

Guests will be charged for any damages.

If you move items between cabins, please return everything to its original location before departure.
Before Departure Checklist
Before leaving, please kindly:
- Strip beds and leave linens in a pile.
- Take out garbage to the nearest waste bin.
- Load dishes into the dishwasher and start the shortest program.
- Switch off all lights.
- Turn off the sauna stove and cooking stove.
- Lock the door and leave the keys inside the key-box.
