Wilderness Cottage by Lake Rovajärvi – Off-Grid Escape

This atmospheric wood-heated cabin, originally built in the 1950s, offers approx. 200 m² of space, including a spacious living room, a kitchen with a gas stove and cooking equipment, and a separate living area of approx. 40 m². All rooms are equipped with traditional fireplaces, keeping the cabin warm even in -30°C Arctic conditions.

(Summer & Autumn)

Just 18 km from Inari village (20–25 minutes by car).

By Snowmobile or Ski
(Winter)

In winter, the road is closed. Access is possible by snowmobile, snowshoes, or skis. A ploughing service (300–400 EUR) can be booked in advance.
